Potential Outcome of This Event

This will be the third and final showdown between these two legendary fighters. This one almost did not happen, due to a lot of scenarios that either of them could not control. However, it is here and everyone is thankful for it.

The first time around, Cormier got Miocic with a knockout victory in the first round. Then the second time Miocic got him back with a fourth round knockout to even the series.

In that second event, Cormier had the advantage by using his wrestling to wear down Miocic and ultimately taking control of the fight. However, it got away from him and Miocic started to aim better and won the fight later on.

I look for a repeat of that second fight, but this one will go in Cormier’s favor. He should be able to learn from his mistakes.
